Our 2025 Impact Report is here. This year, we served 722 Chicago youth across the city, deepening our presence in schools and communities through consistent, relationship-centered programming rooted in The Evolved Network Way. More than numbers, this represents young people returning, engaging, and growing within spaces built on trust and care. We are grateful for the community of partners, families, and supporters who make this work possible — together, we continue cultivating a more just and compassionate future for our youth and neighborhoods.
